Sarah Kelly of Idaho Falls Graduates from Benedictine College

Sarah Kelly of Idaho Falls, ID, participated in Commencement Exercises on May 16 at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kan. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics .

Nearly 300 students graduated from Benedictine College on May 16. Those in attendance saw Dayton Moore, vice president of baseball operations and general manager of the American League Champion Kansas City Royals, deliver the Commencement Address. "There's no doubt in my mind that each and every one of you are gifted for success and will make a great difference," he told the Class of 2015.

Moore received an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree, along with Roger Donlon, one of the few living Congressional Medal of Honor recipients. In a moving part of the ceremony, Donlon administered the Officer's Oath to the ROTC graduates.
